Business Development Associate (Commission-based) - Remote

We are seeking Business Development Associates to drive sales and onboard new ATV subscribers. Your role will involve identifying potential customers, promoting ATV’s services, and improving conversion rates. You will achieve this through direct outreach, partnerships, and strategic marketing initiatives.
This role is both creative and hands-on—you’ll need to think outside the box, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of potential customers through cold-calling / email / DM outreach
- Identify and convert leads into paying subscribers through strategic follow-ups and persuasive communication.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve sales strategy.
- Pitch and promote ATV to individuals, businesses, and corporate clients.
Must Have
- Strong written and verbal English communication skill
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Basic - intermediate skills with Excel/ G-Sheets for pipeline management/ reporting
- Passionate about digital streaming
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Highly driven, creative and autonomous
Nice to have
- Have experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
