ATV TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to ATV (AbimaelTV), a service provided by Abimael Hub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our subscription-based streaming service, ATV. By accessing or using ATV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

Service Overview

ATV provides access to over 28,000 channels worldwide, including access to contents from major streaming platforms, pay-per-view content, and international broadcasts. The service is available via compatible smart devices and streaming tools such as Firesticks.

 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental or guardian consent to use ATV. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement 


Subscription and Payments


  • Subscription plans are billed annually, bi annually, quarterly or monthly, depending on the selected package.
  • All payments are to be made through approved payment channels.
  • ATV reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice to customers.
  • Failure to renew subscription may result in service interruption.


Smart Device Requirements


 ATV is best experienced on smart TVs or devices compatible with streaming apps. Customers with non-smart TVs may purchase a streaming device from ATV at a separate cost.


Account Use and Security


  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Account sharing is prohibited. Each subscription is intended for use on a limited number of devices as specified in your package.


Content Availability


  • Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice and might require VPN. It is worth noting that no customer has encountered this issue since our inception.
  • ATV does not guarantee continuous access to all channels or platforms due to licensing agreements.


Prohibited Conduct


Users must not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display ATV content without authorization.
  • Attempt to bypass or hack ATV security or payment systems.
  • Use ATV for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful or malicious software.


Service Interruptions


While we strive for uninterrupted service, ATV may be unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned outages.


Cancellations and Refunds


  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for partial months or years.
  • Firestick purchases are non-refundable after delivery unless proven defective.


Limitation of Liability


ATV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.


Amendments


ATV reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Abuja.
